JOM (Java Optimization Modeler)

JOM is authored by Prof. Pablo Pavon Mariño from the Tehcnical University of Cartagena (Spain).

In the Technical University of Cartagena, JOM is currently used as a modeling tool in the teaching of network optimization courses (for telecommunication networks). In these courses, we use JOM to create network optimization algorithms, that are executed in the net2plan planning tool. In net2plan web site you can find many examples that use JOM for solving network optimization problems.
